- 60ml Coconut Pandan Gin
- 120ml Coconut Milk
- 30ml Gula Melaka Syrup (or Muscovado Syrup)
- Shake ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice till condensation freezes over
- Double strain and serve over ice
It is possible to single strain this cocktail. The result would be a creamier texture that may leave a slight filmy texture in your mouth and a cute little milk moustache as well.
