Based off the beloved dessert, this creamy and refreshing cocktail is the perfect thing to enjoy on a hot day.

Ingredients

  • 60ml Coconut Pandan Gin
  • 120ml Coconut Milk
  • 30ml Gula Melaka Syrup (or Muscovado Syrup)

Instructions

  1. Shake ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice till condensation freezes over
  2. Double strain and serve over ice

Tips

It is possible to single strain this cocktail. The result would be a creamier texture that may leave a slight filmy texture in your mouth and a cute little milk moustache as well.
