Introducing CoCopi Gao, our original cocktail recipe with a unique blend of coffee and coconut. An elevated version of the white russian, our Coconut Pandan Gin balances out the bitterness of the coffee, bringing you vacation vibes in the comfort of your own home.


  • 60 ml Coconut Pandan Gin
  • 30 ml Coffee Liqueur
  • 30 ml Evaporated Milk
  • 10 ml Simple Syrup
  • Roasted Coconut Shavings


  1. Add liquids into a shaker filled with ice
  2. Shake till condensation is frozen
  3. Garnish with Roasted Coconut Shavings
  4. Serve in Coffeeshop Mug


Depending on coffee liqueur used, there may not be a need to add simple syrup. For example Kahlua does not require Simple Syrup but Mr Black Coffee Liqueur will require Simple Syrup.
